Following a career in International Banking he moved into Higher Education and has taught and managed a variety of professional management courses. Jay is a published author who now focuses on interactive learning. For the past 3 years Jay has divided his time between teaching and developing innovative and creative learning tools. Jay also trains and mentors staff in business related areas of higher education as well as regularly delivering training to industry professionals in the areas of HR and business strategy.
